this card includes my favorite stamp companies: hero arts and lawn fawn.this is the paged scanned. i always love how they have the props....all their photography makes the card look 100x better! :)

i was super excited because at CHA because the issues were there and that was my 1st time holding it and looking at my card in the issue! this is the issue it's in below (not my cover).

and me, posing with my page like a dork! but i was a happy dork! thanks nancy for taking the picture!

thanks for letting me share and as always, for your support & comments! who knows when i'll have the chance to be in another publication! it takes soooo long to fill out the forms! that's my only dislike!

CHA part II

i love watching my boys sleep---especially bryan. they're so peaceful and QUIET! he crawled into my bed one night and asked to snuggle with me. it ended up him being sick & throwing up the next morning. he got whatever brandon had the week before. ok, on to some more CHA pictures. this is such a pretty work of art!

some canvas projects!

who IS this guy??!! LOL

i'd seriously wear this!

i was a part of this wonderful group that worked the lawn fawn booth! from L-R: nancy, chari, me, kelly, mike, erika & andy front: laurel & greg

love this pic of kelly & mike!

a pitcher full of pin wheels of people visiting the lawn fawn booth to wear. i'm an expert at making these now! did you see what's next to the pitcher? twine! and such smart packaging too!

pictures of the fun booth

my card for one of the make-and-takes. the chevron stripes are so fun!

lawn fawn has 12x12 papers now & a 6x6 pad! i was lucky enough to not only touch the paper but to also play with them!

the say cheese polaroid frame blown up 1000x! fun photo prop!

i'll have more pictures of CHA soon. it was brandon sick, then bryan, then hubby & i got it last. just getting over my cold now. bryan's birthday was on sunday 1/29 and i was at CHA that day (i felt sooooo bad) & also on the 30th & 31st. so when we finally were all better, we got bryan a cake (from yummy porto's) and celebrated. it's not a birthday unless you have cake!

can you tell he really loves his scooby doo PJs? he's so into it from books to games to the cartoons.

clapping after blowing out the candles

brandon wishing his brother a happy birthday!

hero arts class at CHA

here i am with some of my stamp fever family at the hero arts booth at CHA. left-right: karen, jennifer, me, shari, sally, nancy, linda and gina (front).i took all these pictures with my iPhone. i'm not sure why this pic is upside down. you get the idea.....
look at those pretty color inks! bubble gum, cup o' joe, and butter bar. love the ink names!

todd, shari, sally & jennifer getting ready to start our class.

the 1st class had 5 cards that we completed in 2 hrs. very fast paced but i was happy i was keeping up & completed all my cards.

this card below used a heart shaped stamp to make a butterfly.

the 2nd class was from 12-2. also 5 cards!

can anyone guess what tool i used to apply color to this card?? and who's idea it was??

only shari! she told us use a different finger for each color of distress inks. she's so much fun!

i learned so many new techniques & tricks in the classes.

this one is probably my favorite just because the colors are so fun!

i'll be back another day with more pictures from CHA. i had a great time! i helped at the lawn fawn booth and looked at new product lines from companies to see what we should carry at stamp fever.
one last photo of sally, me & jennifer! it was a real great class! thank you hero arts! :)
