happy friday! cute turtle, no? it's a new set from
lawn fawn. i am planning on using this for my next card
class. i also made the little purple flower too from clay and molds that can be found
here.

my cousin, iris, was here last weekend (from SF) visiting her friends. she always makes a point to set aside some time for us too. :) i wanted to make some of these. so she joined in and we made a whole afternoon making these flowers! that is AFTER she had to play buzz lightyear operation game with the boys and sonic on the Xbox.

the green clay here though was very hard to pop out of the mold. it was very 'sticky'. some of the flowers came out a little warped. i did the best i could! now, just thinking of all the other colors i want to get next!

happy friday! looking forward to having my sister stay for a few days while my BIL is at the E3 convention for "work". no, really, it is for his work! i get to see my cutie niece, jadeyn! she is growing way to fast and i feel i am missing out on her milestones. can't wait! well, off to clean up! i have lots to do!

That is such a charming little get-well card, Ivy...so cute! I've been making polymer clay flowers too, it's addicting with those great molds. They make really sweet embellies, love 'em!
see you tomorrow!
Such a cute turtle! Love it! And so loving your flowers! I keep meaning to order some molds too! Love all the colors!
Sweet card, Ivy, and I love your roses! Looks like fun!
Such a cute card, Ivy! Those flowers are so pretty. I'm going to have to give this a try. Sounds like a lot of fun!
Aaack! he's a cutie! Don't get me started with those fimo flowers!!! tooo cool!
Wow! Those flowers look awesome! Can tell you're having fun making those! You'll have to show me someday! You'll never need to buy flowers anymore!
Your get well card is too cute! Love your flowers in "Ivyish" colors. I have some MM molds but have to get a cheapie toaster oven to dedicate just for Fimo stuff. Don't want to poison the family!
Have a great weekend! It poured TONS today. Lightning and thunder for hours!
cute turtle card:)
I've been wanting to make some of those blooms...but just can't bring more supplies into my crafty area....they are sooooooo cute...you should sell them!
Aw... super duper adorable card, Ivy! Love those FIMO flowers, the colors are so vibrant! I've been making them and bake them in my oven too... yeek! I guess I should buy an oven just for making them! Hope you are enjoying your weekend, hugs!!
Cutest card! I love what you've done with the fimo. :)
Awe!!!! That turtle is A D O R A B L E ! ;)
Those flowers looks like cabochons! Were they easy to handle?!?! ;) so lovely!!!
Do you just put them in the mold and bake them? Why would need to use a separate oven, cause of fumes? Are they easy to make, cause they are really pretty?
awww... such an adorable card. love the cute scene you created, too! and love your clay flowers!! beautiful vibrant colors. can't wait to see what you make with them!
