in honor of earth day, here are 2 cards. this 1st one here is made from a scrap paper pack that is 70% recycled paper (DCWV green stack). below is the inside.
this card below is made from recycling a panel for the berry basket from the farmer's market. BTW, the strawberries were delicious!
what are you thinking about for earth day? trying to cut back on something? rethinking before you throw out some packaging? i always keep pretty ribbons from gifts, extra buttons that come with new clothes, saving mint tins, reusing that coffee cup sleeve for something. (see: http://ishouldbesleepingbut.blogspot.com/2009/03/oh-dear.html for an example) what do you do to conserve? reuse? repurpose? family & friends, think of me before you throw away that ribbon or buttons!!! happy earth day!
